local food, drinks, chefs & conversation

This event series is all about highlighting the wonderful abundance of great chefs, food and libations we have available to us locally. Each dinner will spotlight a local chef, cooking locally sourced seasonal items. There will also be drinks paired with each dish, to enhance the meal. Before each course, the chef will converse with us about what he has prepared. These casual dinners will be pre-fixe menus in a family style dining experience. Meeting and conversing with the person at the next table is highly encouraged. As a follow up to each meal, you will be able to view photos and video on our site. We will follow the chef though menu prep and the dinner itself. So be alert as you may be on camera at any one of our gatherings. Localize.™ will also feature one of the recipes from each meal on the site as well. We hope to see you at the table!
